Area Manager

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of stores and ensuring their smooth operations. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned cluster of stores - Implement and monitor adherence to company policies and procedures - Manage and develop the store team, including recruitment, training, and performance management - Analyze store-level data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the central support teams to address store-level issues and implement solutions - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales and profitability - Represent the company and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
