Data Analyst

We are hiring a Data Analyst for our Partner Operations team. This role involves creating and managing various data reports and dashboards critical to measuring the success of our programs. You will collaborate closely with the Schools Team to support program operations with actionable insights through well-organized data views. The position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in spreadsheets, and passionate about using data to drive decisions. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain data views at the state, district, block, and school levels to assess program performance Ensure weekly maintenance and accuracy of all partner-related data trackers Clean and preprocess raw school data before uploading into internal systems Aggregate and analyze support and training team data for internal and external presentation Download, organize, and perform time-series analysis on raw data dumps Deliver ad-hoc data insights and MIS reports based on team requirements Technical Skills Required: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Data Cleaning, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Data Management, Google Workspace, Basic SQL (Preferred), Python (Optional), Dashboarding Tools (Optional)
