IT Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Trainee to join our team. As a Basic IT Trainee, you will support the IT department in providing technical assistance and ensuring smooth operations of the organization's IT systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up and configuring computer hardware, software, and peripherals. - Provide basic technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. - Help troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Assist in installing and updating software applications. - Conduct regular maintenance checks and updates on IT systems. - Help in managing and organizing IT inventory, including equipment and software licenses. - Assist in maintaining data backups and ensuring data security. - Support the IT team in managing the company's network and server infrastructure. - Document technical processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. - Perform other IT-related tasks as required by the IT department. Qualifications: - Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. - Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with common software tools. - A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).
