Product Manager I

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in El Segundo, CA that is seeking a Product Manager I. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with customer vision and business goals * Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements * Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch iteration * Utilize project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products * Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery * Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders * Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats * Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product enhancements and new features * Understand the technical aspects of product development and work closely with engineering teams to make informed decisions * Ensure that product specifications meet technical standards and align with overall system architecture * Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience * Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future improvements * Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success * Address and resolve any issues that arise during the product development and delivery process * Participate in PI Planning, Project meetings REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) * 4+ years of experience in product management, project management, and delivery of technical products * Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products * Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams * Experience in the television, entertainment, or streaming industry is a plus * Experience working in Agile or SAFe environment * Familiarity with Jira or other Product Management tools * Understanding of how to write effective features and user stories * Understanding of software development processes and methodologies * Adaptable, eager to learn and good with communication & collaboration
