Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst in Altamonte Springs, FL. Responsibilities: * Blend of data engineering and analysis * Data Analyst will manage and curate datasets for reporting * Support Medallia exports and pipeline management * Perform ad hoc analysis and create presentations * As a Data Analyst, you will understand relational databases * Not focused on dashboards, but end-to-end data pulling and analysis REQUIREMENTS: * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus) * Strong SQL skills (Snowflake is a plus) * Strong communication and presentation skills (including slide creation) * Skilled in creating ad hoc reports and responding to experience workstream requests * Comfortable working with clinical data to derive insights and support process improvements * Ability to extract and analyze data, identify trends, and present insights * Able to work independently and provide recommendations with minimal direction * Able to formulate business questions and translate data into actionable insights * Experience with CX tools (Press Ganey, Qualtrics, or Medallia) preferred * Background in healthcare and consumer/experience analytics preferred Ideal Candidate Profile: * 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Analyst * Experience with extracting their own data and creating BI dashboards * Experience bridging the gap between business analysis and data analysis * Metric-driven mindset with a strong analytical foundation * Able to formulate business questions and translate data into actionable insights * Sharp, independent thinker who can contribute beyond assigned projects * Technical Skills: SQL; Snowflake; Data Engineering fundamentals; Alteryx (nice to have); Medallia/Press Ganey experience (nice to have); ADF (Azure Data Factory) is a plus, especially for pipeline migration
