SR Quality Assurance / Automation Engineer

Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance/Automation Engineer for their Trading Engineering team, you'll get the opportunity to develop your skills and collaborate with engineers. In this role, you will be working with a team of technologists passionate about promoting testing practices, implementing test automation, and executing test suites. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering experience Hands on experience in developing and maintaining automation test suites using common industry platforms like Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Playwright Good understanding of Java,Angular and/or Single Page Application, JavaScript and Typescript Experience in automating front-end and back-end applications Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Git and Artifactory Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time Experience with Agile, DevOps Methodologies & Continuous Delivery Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks Participate in engineering practices such as code and design reviews, environment strategy, and build and deployment pipeline Works well in both a small agile team and independently and has a strong user focus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Xray Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as Docker
