This is a full-stack role that requires hands-on development experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable software solutions in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable software components-ranging from user interface elements to backend services and cloud infrastructure. You will work with modern technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS, contributing to a platform that enables data-driven decision-making through experimentation and feature configuration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers, to deliver impactful solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions including UI components, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure Build and support systems enabling experimentation, A/B testing, progressive deployments, and configuration management Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on reliability and performance Participate in code reviews, promote best practices, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Troubleshoot and support production systems, including occasional on-call rotations Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
