About the Job: 
   
Taco Bell is looking for a Sr. Associate Manager of Integrated Paid Media to lead Value and Cantina Media and Marcom planning with a focus on immediate business impact. This role acts as the organizational engine that translates audience insights into high-performing media executions. You are a cross-functional expert who understands the technical "why" behind our media decisions and can effectively influence internal teams and agencies to ensure all marketing mechanisms are working in lockstep. 

Your primary lever for impact is deeply-rooted audience strategies and tactics designed to drive transactions and build sales overnight while strengthening the brand over time. You will be responsible for acquiring new, light, and lapsed customers through a strategic mix of mass and targeted media, while simultaneously engineering plans to protect and grow the frequency of our active customer base. You serve as the connective tissue across our Marcom strategy, ensuring that Owned, Earned, and Paid levers are unified within a single, cohesive experience to drive maximum penetration and growth for the Taco Bell brand.

The Day-to-Day: 

•    Execute transaction-driving calendar campaigns using audience-first strategies to support sales and key business priorities like Value and Cantina. 
•    Lead customer growth by partnering with media teams to reach new, light, and lapsed users through a mix of mass and targeted media. 
•    Collaborate closely with Social, Creative, Product/Pillar, and I&A teams to align inputs, ensure strong creative execution, and support KPI development. 
•    Manage day-to-day campaign execution including trafficking, asset delivery, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns launch smoothly. 
•    Apply data and insights, including audience segmentation and campaign performance, to inform optimizations and improve results over time. 
•    Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives and share key takeaways to support continuous improvement in media performance. 
•    Lead media operations including budget tracking, Upfront coordination, and identification of emerging media opportunities.

Is this you? 

·    Minimum 6+ years of experience with Cross-Channel Media Planning and Media Buying; Linear, Digital, Paid Social, Programmatic experience a plus. 
·    Ideal candidate will possess a deep level of understanding of online and offline media planning to define and rationalize the best channel mix to maximize the reach and impact against our different audiences. 
·    Experience developing integrated campaign plans across Paid, Owned, Earned 
·    Highly motivated and collaborative team player, with excellent partnership and collaboration skills, ability to influence and lead others to drive change and optimize efficiency. 
·    Strategic thinker and fast learner, ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive goals and deliverables. 
·    Demonstrated passion, experience, and curiosity in data-driven and consumer-centric marketing strategies. 
·    Strong project management, organization, and budgeting skills 
·    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly with individuals at all levels of an organization. 
·    Creative thinker and proactive problem solver, experience in content development or content strategy a plus. 
·    Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

Salary Range $121,600 to $142,900 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits. 

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
