Tax Technology Team, being the hiring organization, is an integral part of Global Tax organization of Keysight Technologies, which is focused on providing the support, product and project management services specifically related with Transaction/Income/Property Taxes to consult, develop and deliver solutions that meet our internal customers’ business needs. TTT is primarily engaged in Plan of Record (POR) process management and solution investment benchmarking & recommendations, and overall project management comprising business requirements analysis, functional solution design, partnering with IT and other business partner teams for solution development, testing and solutions deployment specifically related with Transaction/Income/Property Taxes

 

Looking for AI/ML & Automation Developer with strong expertise in AI/ML Platforms,  VBA, SQL, and Access, combined with other modern automation tools. This role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, building intelligent automation solutions, and ensuring timely, customer-focused delivery. The candidate should have technical excellence with analytical problem-solving and effective communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

• Proficiency & experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using Copilot, GPT-5, MS Azure AI/ML services
• Build and deploy intelligent workflows leveraging Power Automate and Python.
• Integrating AI-driven insights into business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Excellence in Developing and maintaining VBA scripts, SQL queries, and Access databases.
• Automate Excel dashboards to streamline reporting and decision-making.
• Potential to Lead and develop innovative solutions, while being part of high potential knowledge experts through focused self-drive and motivation
• Ability to work and communicate across different levels & geographies
• Proficient in all stages of project management covering requirement gathering, analysis, detailing technical specifications and track them through project lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Contribute and Deliver to the organization in leading/managing the delivery of programs and projects
• Apply troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
• Demonstrate an inclination to learn new tools, techniques, and problem-solving approaches.
• Contribute to innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Be a team player, having positive attitude

 

Measures of Success:

• Contribute to Increase customer satisfaction – Able to provide Customer consulting by identifying and recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for solutions
• Contribute to Increase speed to opportunity to build/increase Tax team capability, capacity & flexibility,
• Progress per plan on individual development plan
• Support the team for meeting the Zero compliance issues for Tax process and application design,
• signoff by SOX lead and Zero audit issues
• Complete the assigned work on time, in scope and within resource plan, without a need of day to day direction/supervision

 

Qualifications

Qualification: B.Tech/BSC (Computer Science) / MSC (Computer Science)/ Diploma (Computer Science)/MCA

 

Work Experience: 3-5 Years post qualification experience in the relevant field
