The role is in Fixed Assets team of General Accounting & Reporting (GAR) within Corporate Controllership. The incumbent will be -

Strong accounting and technical knowledge, understanding of Oracle system and Fixed Assets end to end process including but not limited to asset additions, adjustments and retirements, depreciation calculations of various entities across the globe in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP.

Work with the team to perform monthly sub-ledger close activities and perform data analysis and reconciliations.

Resolve wide range of problems of varying scope and complexity, prepare reports, management dashboard and financial presentations, assist internal and external auditors.

Lead implementation of system and process enhancements to drive efficiencies, partner with operations and stakeholders to implement any proposal which involves different phases such as design, testing, communication, and plan for smooth go live.

Qualifications:

• CA/ MBA or an equivalent, typically having a 3 to 5 years of a post qualification experience.
• Project management experience with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements and deadlines.
• Strong communication and ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees.
