We're seeking an experienced Video Editor & YouTube Channel Manager. This role combines video editing expertise, graphic design skills, and content management to create compelling visual content for both our brand and our clients. You’ll be editing our YouTube videos, taking the assets generated by our filming team and turning them into comprehensive and helpful tutorials for our audience. You’ll also be responsible for managing the channel. This includes keyword research, title and description optimization, and scheduling. You’ll also have experience with graphic design, taking our existing visual identity and creating graphics and other brand assets for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead video editing for our YouTube channel, editing 3 high-quality videos per week (all assets provided)
- Manage our YouTube channel's content strategy, including SEO optimization and scheduling
- Create and maintain brand-consistent visual assets including reports, lead magnets, and website graphics
- Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and marketing materials

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically for YouTube
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proven track record in YouTube channel management and growth
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and content optimization
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain brand consistency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of video editing software
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Understanding of YouTube analytics and optimization tools
- Experience with content management systems
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their specifications
