We’re hiring a Director of Growth to take full ownership of our sales and marketing funnel, driving lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. KeyCommerce is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and paid media for ecommerce brands. We generate leads through YouTube, paid ads, content marketing, and high-ticket funnels, helping businesses scale profitably.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and optimizing our entire marketing and sales system, ensuring a steady flow of high-value leads and converting them into long-term clients. This includes overseeing content marketing, paid media, outreach, email funnels, and the sales process from first contact to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and convert high-ticket clients
- Oversee YouTube, lead magnets, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns
- Optimize the website and funnels to increase conversions
- Manage and refine the sales process, including qualification and follow-up
- Lead sales calls and strategy sessions to close high-value deals
- Develop new courses and offers to monetize leads at different stages
- Build automation, tracking, and reporting systems for marketing and sales performance
- Lead and develop a team to execute on marketing and sales objectives
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have experience with:
- Funnel Optimization: Experience in specifically tailoring marketing funnels to acquire digital marketing clients, enhancing funnel efficiency and sales growth.
- Agency Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, marketing, or growth strategy, for a digital marketing agency.
- Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to successfully conduct sales calls and close high-value deals in the digital marketing sector (for closing agency clients).
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of leading a marketing team to substantial growth, with clear metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of leadership and strategies implemented.
- Ecommerce Experience: Bonus points for candidates with significant experience and understanding of the Ecommerce industry, though not required.
