Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Key Sales - Entry Position in Modern Trade. The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with modern trade outlets, implementing sales plans, achieving targets, and ensuring seamless execution of promotional activities. Other responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, training retail staff, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, customers, and team members
- Customer Service and Relationship Management experience to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
- Sales and Sales Management skills, including target achievement, planning, and performance tracking
- Experience in Conducting Training sessions for retail staff and educating them on product lines
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively on-site and collaboratively in a team setting
- Previous experience in modern trade or retail sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
