Role Description
The Key Relationship Manager for the PSF Channel in the Life Insurance segment will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders and partners. This full-time position, based on-site in Noida, involves identifying business opportunities, driving sales, and meeting business targets. The role entails providing tailored insurance solutions, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless client experience through collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The manager will also focus on enhancing client satisfaction, ensuring policy renewals, and developing long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven experience in sales, account management, and building strong client relationships in the financial or life insurance industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving: Proficiency in analyzing client needs, solving problems, and presenting customized life insurance solutions.
- Industry Understanding: Knowledge of life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Additional Qualifications and Skills: Experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services sector, a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and proficiency in CRM tools.
