Role Description
As a Key Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. Your day-to-day tasks will include liaising with clients, understanding their needs, managing accounts, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to business development by identifying potential clients and growing the company’s customer base.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Expertise in sales and customer service, with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and provide solutions
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, specifically motor insurance, is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently
