Job Role: Key Accounts Sales professional
To expand our presence in the solar and BESS market. Must have strong connections with EPCs and developers and understand solar products is preferrable.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts (EPCs, developers, consultants/PMCs)
- Sales for Products: PV Inverters (Big Utility/Small Utility)/PCS/BESS.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Must have Skills:
- Key Account Management.
- Solar Industry Knowledge.
- Relationship Management.
- Negotiation & Closing Skills.
- Willingness to close the tasks or deals.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Sales.
- Experience in solar products or allied electrical products is mandatory.
- Strong network within the solar/EPC ecosystem
- Good understanding of solar project components and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
Required Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.Sc / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical or MBA (Sales marketing) along with aforementioned technical degree is preferred.
Base work Location: Mumbai
Business Areas: Frequent travelling is required– Mumbai/Pune and Nearby areas.
