We’re hiring a Key Accounts Relationship Manager to represent Babco Foods with our most important customers across the United States.
This is not a routine sales role.
We are looking for someone who can build real relationships with key accounts, understand customer pain points, strengthen long-term rapport, and act as a direct extension of executive leadership.
You will communicate daily with major Indian-American grocery retailers and business owners across the U.S., helping maintain trust, resolve issues, identify opportunities, and provide operational and sales insight back to Babco leadership.
This role requires strong communication skills, commercial instincts, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company’s values while also driving business growth.
Location: India (remote)
Required Collaboration Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. US Eastern Time
Experience: 5–15 years

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
- Communicate regularly with customers to understand operational challenges, feedback, and opportunities
- Coordinate closely with executive leadership regarding customer needs, risks, and business opportunities
- Support sales growth initiatives through relationship management, promotions, and customer engagement
- Help strengthen customer loyalty and long-term account retention
- Identify customer concerns early and help drive resolution across internal teams
- Provide structured daily and weekly feedback to leadership
- Represent Babco Foods professionally in all customer interactions
Hard Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, CPG, food distribution, wholesale, or related industries
- Strong B2B customer communication experience
- Experience managing or supporting key accounts
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
- Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong Plus
- Experience in Indian-American grocery distribution
- Experience in food import/export or wholesale distribution
- Field sales experience
- Experience managing remote sales or relationship teams
- Understanding of promotions, pricing, and retail sales strategy
- Exposure to U.S. grocery or FMCG markets
