Role Objective
· Results-driven sales professional seeking to drive revenue acceleration through strategic business acquisition, key account growth, and high-impact RFQ management in industrial sectors. Committed to leveraging market insights, technology adoption, and customer-centric strategies to deliver sustained MoM and YoY growth while building long-term client partnerships.
Role Responsibilities
· Drive Revenue Acceleration: Lead new business acquisition and retention, achieving and exceeding individual targets through targeted hunting in industrial sectors and farming key accounts for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
· Craft Growth Strategies: Design and execute sales initiatives to capture market share,leveraging data insights to identify high-potential lanes, RFQs, and partnerships—aiming for high MoM & YoY growth.
· Champion RFQ Excellence: Orchestrate end-to-end participation in RFQs and bids, developing compelling proposals, negotiating high-value contracts, and converting opportunities into wins.
· Foster Innovation & Insights: Champion tech adoption and provide market intelligence to refine Delta offerings, contributing to company-wide strategy.
