Job Description
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to act as the focal point and strategy lead for a
portfolio of clients, ensuring effective onboarding, strong stakeholder management, driving
digital and overall business strategies and owning up cross sale & upsell. The role includes
managing a set of clients, creating tailored marketing plans aligned with business goals, and
executing cost-effective media strategies across platforms like Google, Facebook, DV360,
Marketplaces to name a few. Key responsibilities involve upselling services, analyzing
campaign performance, implementing growth hacks, and providing strategic
recommendations. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in digital marketing,
strong account management skills, immaculate communication and a performance-driven
mindset focused on client retention and ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding,
product/feature adoption, and ongoing success with Aristok
- Develop and execute strategies that align with advertiser goals, ensuring long-term
growth and retention.
- Work with the team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize
campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Partner with the sales team to identify expansion opportunities, drive upsell
initiatives, and improve advertiser lifetime value.
- Liaison with the team and lead post-campaign analysis and reporting, demonstrating
impact and uncovering opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance automation, measurement, and
optimization capabilities for advertisers.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, acting as the bridge between
client, internal teams, and external partners.
- Own & manage 5-7 brands ensuring that the team meets KPI and stakeholder
management is top notch
