Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Key Accounts Manager – Car Rental Operations. The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling key accounts, creating and executing business plans, ensuring high levels of customer service, and addressing client queries promptly. The role also includes analyzing data to identify areas for business improvement and driving operational efficiency to meet corporate travel needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Key Accounts management and experience in engaging with corporate clients effectively
- Strong skills in Account Management and Business Planning to develop strategic goals and achieve targets
- Exemplary Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to evaluate data and improve operational effectiveness
- Previous experience in the transportation, car rental, or corporate mobility sectors is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
