Job Purpose
The Key Accounts Data & Lead Developer – WPC Projects will be responsible for identifying and tracking new WPC project opportunities, managing key project accounts data, and providing strong data and lead support to the project sales team. The role focuses on market intelligence, lead development, CRM management, and enabling sales teams to convert WPC project opportunities effectively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accounts & Project Data Management
Maintain and update key accounts and project pipeline data related to WPC
projects
Track ongoing, upcoming, and completed WPC projects across regions
Maintain accurate records of architects, consultants, builders, contractors, and
developers
Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards, and project status reports for management
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in CRM and internal tracking systems
Lead Development & New Project Identification
Identify new and upcoming WPC projects through market research, site visits,
industry networks, and public sources
Track project stages from concept/design to execution
Generate qualified leads and assign them to the project sales team
Follow up on lead status and update progress regularly
Sales Team Support (Projects Sales)
Support project sales staff with project intelligence, contact details, BOQ inputs,
and timelines
Coordinate with sales teams for meetings, presentations, and project follow-ups
Assist in preparation of proposals, quotations, and project documentation
Track enquiries, samples issued, approvals, and order status
Market & Competitor Intelligence
Collect and analyse market data related to WPC products, competitors, and pricing
trends
Share actionable insights with sales and management teams
Monitor upcoming infrastructure, commercial, residential, and institutional projects
Coordination & Process Improvement
Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams to support project
closures
Improve data processes, reporting formats, and lead tracking mechanisms
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong data analysis, reporting, and CRM management skills
Understanding of projects sales cycle (construction / building materials preferred)
Ability to identify and qualify new project opportunities
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in projects sales support, key accounts, or lead generation
Experience in WPC / building materials / construction projects will be an added
advantage
