Role Overview
The Key Accounts & Relationship Executive will work closely under the General Manager, supporting client account management and ensuring smooth internal coordination. The role involves assisting with communication, documentation, follow-ups, and organizing information to help projects and accounts progress efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day handling of key clients.
- Assist with client communication, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups as guided by the General Manager.
- Coordinate internally with design, project, finance, and legal departments to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ensure accurate tracking of tasks, approvals, timelines, and action items across departments.
- Maintain well-structured records of client communications, documents, and project updates.
- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and internal notes as required.
- Use AI-based productivity tools, including ChatGPT, to assist with drafting, organizing information, and improving workflow efficiency.
- Uphold a professional and courteous approach in all interactions.
Required Skills And Competencies
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage tasks, follow-ups, and priorities in a structured manner.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between internal departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel to support preparation of basic reports, summaries, presentations, and internal
documentation.
- Comfort with AI-assisted platforms such as ChatGPT for daily work support.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Open to travel to company properties as and when required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in coordination, client servicing, administrative support, or account management roles.
Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
