Role OverviewThis role is designed for a strategic leader who can drive both client success and business growth. As a Key Account & Strategic Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end account strategy—transforming client relationships into long-term partnerships while unlocking incremental revenue opportunities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing together data, creativity, and business acumen to deliver integrated marketing solutions across Digital, ATL, and BTL. The role requires a strong focus on growth strategy, revenue ownership, and consultative client leadership.
Key Responsibilities1) Strategic Account Leadership- Own and drive the overall account strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with client business goals
- Build deep client partnerships, positioning the agency as a strategic growth partner
- Lead quarterly and annual planning discussions, identifying opportunities for scale and innovation
- Proactively bring insights, trends, and ideas that add long-term value to client businesses
2) Growth & Revenue Ownership- Own account P&L and drive consistent revenue growth across portfolios
- Identify and unlock upselling, cross-selling, and new revenue streams within existing accounts
- Develop and present growth roadmaps for key clients
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, retainers, renewals, and long-term contracts
3) Strategic Pitches & Business Development- Lead high-impact pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations for new and existing clients
- Translate business problems into integrated marketing strategies across Digital, ATL, and BTL
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft insight-led, differentiated solutions
- Drive conversion of opportunities into revenue-generating mandates
4) Integrated Campaign & Delivery Excellence- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns aligned to strategic objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, media, performance, content) to deliver high-impact solutions
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure consistent delivery excellence
- Anticipate challenges and manage escalations with a solutions-oriented approach
5) Insights, Analytics & Optimization- Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to inform strategy and optimize performance
- Lead performance reviews with actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations
- Track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and ROI across accounts
- Continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency, impact, and business outcomes
6) Stakeholder & Team Collaboration- Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and strategic clarity
- Act as the central bridge between clients and internal teams
- Mentor junior team members and drive a high-performance, growth-oriented culture
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in a digital or integrated marketing agency (ATL + BTL + Digital)
- Proven track record in account growth, revenue ownership, and client leadership
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and brand strategy
- Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and closing high-value deals
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
