🚨 We're Hiring | Key Account Specialist – Construction Chemicals
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Construction Chemicals and Project Sales? We're looking for a dynamic Key Account Specialist to drive business growth across multiple locations.
📍 Location: Delhi
🏢 Industry: Construction Chemicals / Industrial Sales
💼 Experience: 5–15 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive sales through key accounts, contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
✅ Develop business opportunities across infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and real estate projects.
✅ Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, PMCs, applicators, and end users.
✅ Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site trials.
✅ Expand and manage dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
✅ Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
✔ 5–15 years of experience in Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, or Industrial Sales.
✔ Expertise in Waterproofing, Adhesives, Sealants, Epoxy Systems, Anchors, Grouts, Repair Mortars, and related construction products.
✔ Strong experience in project sales, specification selling, consultant engagement, and channel management.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
