Your job:
- Manage end-to-end order processing for key accounts, including timely responses to customer emails and weekly sharing of open order status with committed delivery dates.
- Monitor delivery schedules, proactively follow up on pending actions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure materials are dispatched within the agreed timelines.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth and accurate order execution.
- Handle customer queries promptly, maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensure order status updates on customer web portals when required.
- Track account performance through periodic reports, identify recurring issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and corrective actions
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Maths, or Chemistry) with 2–3 years of experience in customer support or operations.
- Strong understanding of order management processes, documentation, and hands-on experience with SAP systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills with a customer-centric mindset
- High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
