Hiring for Key Account Manager for Furniture Hardware Industry
Job Objective:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients,
ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with
excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the modular furniture industry,
- passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship building
- Proficiency in market research, identifying trends, and implementing sales strategies
- Customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM tools for managing sales processes is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their requirements, satisfaction levels, and business growth
opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and
increasing sales.
Present new products and services to key clients and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to key clients.
Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or complaints from key clients.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
