You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, consistently achieving targets, maintaining client MIS, and delivering a seamless service experience. Your performance will be continuously monitored.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls and follow-ups
2. Handle client queries and ensure a smooth service experience
3. Achieve assigned targets and track performance metrics
4. Maintain accurate client MIS and reports in Excel
5. 0-4 years of relevant experience
