Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Key Account Sales Manager - HORECA. The candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segment, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with key clients, understanding their needs, implementing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves exploring market trends, developing account strategies, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Job Role Requirement
- Strong expertise in Sales and Key Account Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Experience managing and developing accounts in the HORECA industry is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans for business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
