Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Key Account Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key client accounts, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and implementing strategies to expand the company’s market share. The role includes understanding and fulfilling client needs, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency is a crucial aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales expertise, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets
- Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Key Accounts and Account Management with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
