Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Key Account Sales Manager, based in Goa, India. The role involves managing relationships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans for our beer brand - MAKA DI. Daily responsibilities include driving revenue, addressing client needs, collaborating with internal teams to meet account requirements, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also requires monitoring market trends and providing insights to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Key Account Management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic recommendations
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Prior experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is preferred.
