Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and industrial end-users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and execute account growth plans aligned with customer business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify growth opportunities and strengthen engagement.
- Drive sales growth through expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new business opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company's product portfolio.
- Generate sustainable revenue by understanding customer operations and recommending value-driven solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Understand customer requirements, operational challenges, and procurement processes.
- Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and strategic presentations.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure timely closure of business opportunities while maintaining profitability objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to business expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Finance teams.
- Ensure timely order execution, issue resolution, and after-sales support.
- Drive cross-functional coordination to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1ā10 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in Industrial Hoses, Hydraulic Products, Fluid Transfer Systems, Engineering Products, Industrial Components, Manufacturing, or Distribution sectors will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of OEM, EPC, Industrial, and Manufacturing customer segments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple strategic accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
