Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Sales Manager, based in Okhla. The primary responsibilities include managing and growing key client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account success.
Freight forwarding experience is mandatory

- Proven skills in Sales and Key Account Management to identify and grow business opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Account Management abilities to address client needs effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to proactively identify industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
