Prolicious is India's first savory protein & fibre brand, building a new category in the healthy Indian foods space. Unlike gym-culture protein supplements or compromise-on-taste diet snacks, Prolicious makes everyday Indian foods like khakhra, thins, mathri, bhujiya, pasta, vermicelli, with minimum 20% protein and 10% fibre, in nature’s intended ratio.
Our products are 100% plant-based, whole-food based (not broken, not extract, not isolate, not whey), vegan, and many are Jain & gluten-free. Most importantly: taste is never compromised, we deliver on same delicious taste, not just superior nutrition.
We are an early stage start up today, targeting a fast-track growth, operating across D2C (prolicious.com), Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and select offline channels. We aim to expand our online distribution along with improving offtakes. This is a high-growth, founder-led environment where operators own outcomes end-to-end.
We are looking for Key Account Operator - Marketplaces and Q-commerce
Platforms Owned
Amazon (Seller Central + Vendor Central), Flipkart, BigBasket, Epharma and other emerging marketplaces and Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto (launching), and new smaller Qcom platforms.

What You Will Own — Day to Day
1. Catalog & Listing Hygiene: A+ content superiority, keyword-optimized titles, competitive pricing calibration, ratings recovery
2. Inventory & Availability: Daily stock monitoring across FC locations, GRN coordination with ops, demand-supply gap flagging
3. Ads & Spend Optimization: Optimizing / managing agency for Amazon AMS campaigns (SP, SB, SD), keyword waste detection, ACoS guardrails, ROAS reporting
4. CM & P&L Accountability: Weekly P&L review by SKU × platform, margin floor enforcement, promo ROI calculation
5. JBP & Platform Relationships: Joint Business Planning with Amazon/Flipkart account managers, negotiating visibility deals, event participation (SOTY, Prime Day)
6. Vendor Central Migration: Currently operating on Seller Central, you will lead the Vendor Central transition without business loss
7. International expansion with Amazon: You will also lead international ecom expansion with right Unit economics to expand in countries where Amazon is present and shipment timelines are lower.
8. Daily Availability Dashboard: Hero SKU fill rate across 500+ dark stores; you will build and own the dashboard from Week 1
9. Fill Rate & Offtake Improvement: Identifying low-fill-rate dark stores, coordinating with platform ops for replenishment, fighting for slot allocations
10. Ads & Visibility: Optimizing / managing agency for Blinkit PowerAds & Instamart ads, placement optimization, banner deals, ROAS tracking with 3x+ floor
11. CM & P&L Accountability: Weekly P&L by platform and SKU, margin negotiation with platform, promo guardrails
12. New City & Dark Store Expansion: Identifying high-potential new dark stores (South Brahmin vegetarian density maps), coordinating listing activation
14. Zepto Launch: You will own the Zepto & other Qcom onboarding from scratch; paperwork, SKU selection, initial inventory, launch strategy
Skills and Experience :
- Graduate / PG in Marketing / related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands on experience in E-commerce and Q-commerce platforms, prefreably from Food and Beverage or FMCG background.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon AMS (SP, SB, SD campaigns), Blinkit Ads, or Instamart ads. You've optimized campaigns, not just observed them; over and above.
- Proficency in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Vendor Central migration (Seller → Vendor), SQL basics and exposure to protein/wellness food category will be a plus.
