Role Description
The Key Account Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing key client relationships, formulating and executing strategic business plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving customer retention, and preparing comprehensive reports on account performance and market insights. In addition, the role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design customized solutions tailored to clients' needs and align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to evaluate market trends and develop strategic growth initiatives
- Strong expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts to cultivate and enhance client relationships while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to address client needs and foster long-term partnerships
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the automotive or consumer appliance industry is a plus
