Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Key Account Managers (KAMs) based in Gurugram. The KAMs will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure their growth and satisfaction. Responsibilities include regular business planning, strategizing account growth initiatives, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to meet client needs. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and delivering effective account management strategies to drive mutual success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and handling Key Accounts to maintain and grow client relationships
- Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategies for account growth
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and improve efficiencies
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to address and resolve client inquiries and issues
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and negotiate with clients and internal teams
- Experience in eCommerce or logistics operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role
