The Role:
Drive government tender wins and institutional sales for our diagnostics & PoC product portfolio across East India.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end tenders on GePNIC, CPP Portal, Tender Wizard & state portals
Build relationships with CMOs, NHM/CGHS/ESIC officers & hospital administrators
Manage & expand distributor network (3–6 partners) across the territory
Own targets: tender wins, revenue, empanelments & distributor growth
Must-Have:
5–15 years in government medical device/diagnostics sales in East India
Proven tender-winning track record on government e-procurement portals
Knowledge of NHM, CGHS, ESIC procurement programs
Willing to travel extensively.
Preferred:
B.Sc / B.Pharma / B.E. + MBA (preferred)
Background in diagnostics, PoC, or rapid test kits
Existing network with government health procurement officials
