Role Overview:
This role will be responsible to lead growth and visibility initiatives across quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging channels. He/ She will focus on driving platform marketing, consumer visibility, campaign planning, media optimization, and growth acceleration for the brand’s portfolio within the quick commerce ecosystem.
Role & Responsibilities:
Platform Marketing & Growth:
- Develop and execute platform-specific marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and sales growth.
- Plan monthly promotional calendars aligned with business priorities and platform opportunities.
- Drive visibility initiatives including banners, sponsored ads, homepage placements, search optimization, and category amplification.
- Collaborate with platform teams to maximize participation in thematic, seasonal, and mega campaigns.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of quick commerce marketing campaigns and activations.
- Coordinate with brand, creative, and performance marketing teams for campaign assets and communication.
- Ensure timely execution of offers, combos, product launches, and visibility campaigns across platforms.
- Track campaign effectiveness and optimize based on real-time performance data.
Media & Performance Optimization
- Manage platform media spends and optimize ROAS across quick commerce channels.
- Analyze campaign metrics including impressions, CTR, conversion, CAC, repeat rate, and basket size.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through platform-led marketing programs.
- Recommend growth opportunities through audience targeting, search trends, and category insights.
Account & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with platform category and marketing teams.
- Negotiate marketing visibility opportunities and joint business plans with partners.
- Present business reviews and growth plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability during campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and category movements.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign efficiency and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for assortment expansion and platform growth
Experience Needed: 3–6 years of experience in Ecommerce Marketing or Quick Commerce Growth roles. Prior experience in D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, or Nutraceutical brands preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.

- Strong understanding of quick commerce ecosystem and platform marketing levers.
- Hands-on experience with campaign planning, media optimization, and growth analytics.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and ecommerce dashboards.
