We're Sleepy Owl Coffee, an omni-channel challenger brand in the coffee space, on a mission to make
India a coffee-drinking country. As a premium coffee brand, we proudly serve over 5,00,000+ coffee
drinkers across the country. We have a presence both online in ~5000 stores and growing market share
on digital channels. Backed by marquee investors and mentors like DSG Consumer Partners & Rukam
Capital, we’re ready to scale our digital business. We need a dynamic Key Account Manager to grow our
business on Quick-Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
● Setting & achieving aspiration growth targets on Q-Com for Sleepy Owl.
● Building an annual plan, defining metrics and reporting, and driving sales and P&L on
Blinkit, Instamart & Zepto.
● Executing complete day to day business operations of Q-Com at each level:
○ On Platform Marketing
○ Inventory
○ Cataloging
○ Pricing
○ New Product Launches
○ Driving negotiations
● Driving efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain through accuracy in demand
forecasting, and coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver on pre-set KPIs for
inventory.
● Building relationships with all relevant stakeholders with the aim to drive business.
● Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining
processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing
business relationships.
● Building monthly sales forecast at a product level, defining levers of growth, monitoring
product listing, performance, and ensuring growth in market share of each sub-category.
Key Deliverables:
● Business delivery of turnover and market share as agreed.
● Onsite presence for all major SKU’s - availability and right presence.
● Execution of promotional campaigns with increased effectiveness.
● Data capturing from the platform, and building reporting structures/dashboards in agreed
formats.
● Ensure sufficient level of stocks with E-retailer.
Qualification: 4 years of experience in E-Commerce (Mandatory) + MBA: Sales & Marketing (optional
but recommended)
Key Skills
● Should have worked either as a Category Manager with E-Com platform or have worked
as KAM for E-Comm channel with a brand. .
● 4 years of experience (minimum). Proficient in Key Account Management, On-platform
marketing, comfortable in managing large datasets, and leveraging insights to drive
marketing penetration.
● Well versed in PPC with experience in setting up + optimizing campaigns.
● Analytical, good Excel skills
● Leadership and Influencing skills: Identify, build and use a wide network of contacts with
people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a
well-planned approach
● Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate
solutions. Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence for change to
increase the effectiveness and success of campaigns.
● Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
● Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.
