Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Key Account Manager - Quick Comm / E-Comm to join our team on-site in Lucknow. This role involves managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, developing business strategies and plans, overseeing customer service for premium clients, and driving sales in digital and e-commerce channels. The individual will analyze performance data to recommend actionable improvements and ensure customer satisfaction as part of business growth efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and precise handling of Key Accounts
- Strong Analytical Skills for performance insights and improvement opportunities
- Experience in Business Planning and strategy development
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on fostering long-term relationships
- Understanding of Quick Commerce and E-Commerce business dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in on-site roles and collaborate cross-functionally
- Prior experience in agricultural, retail, or FMCG industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
