■ About the Role
Sparrow Shopfits is hiring a Key Account Manager (Project Manager – Execution) to manage retail interior fit-out and turnkey execution projects across India.
The role involves handling project execution, client coordination, site follow-ups, internal team management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with proper quality and execution control.
The candidate will work closely with design, production, procurement, billing, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with client expectations.
■ Key Responsibilities
• Handle project execution coordination from project kickoff to handover
• Act as the main coordination point between clients, site teams, and internal departments
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, billing, and execution teams
• Monitor project timelines, execution progress, and material flow
• Ensure work quality, site readiness, and execution activities stay on track
• Resolve site and execution-related issues quickly and efficiently
• Coordinate approvals for drawings, BOQs, materials, samples, and execution updates
• Conduct regular client updates, meetings, and project follow-ups
• Support site teams with documentation, communication, and execution planning
• Maintain project trackers, execution MIS, and weekly progress reports
• Ensure projects follow company quality and safety standards
• Travel for site visits and project coordination whenever required
■ Requirements
• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail interior fit-out, turnkey projects, or execution management
• Strong understanding of retail interior execution processes and site coordination
• Knowledge of drawings, BOQs, materials, and execution workflows
• Good communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and execution teams simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and project management capabilities
• Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits whenever required
