Job Description
Essential Functions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology portfolio.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to drive growth.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders including oncologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key decision-makers.
- Promote products effectively through scientific and value-based discussions.
- Provide relevant scientific and commercial information to support brand adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
- Gather field insights and share actionable feedback with internal teams.
- Collaborate with medical, marketing, and regulatory teams for effective execution of strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns, CMEs, and medical education initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and account expansion strategies.
- Facilitate product access and coordinate with supply chain for smooth operations.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement models.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- MBA (preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Prior experience in oncology segment preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Good understanding of oncology therapies and treatment protocols
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
