Essential Functions
JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned oncology products.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to drive growth.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare institutions.
- Promote products effectively to oncologists and relevant stakeholders.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Provide scientific and commercial support to drive product adoption.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
- Share field insights with marketing and medical teams.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with medical, marketing, and regulatory teams for effective execution and compliance.
- Support marketing campaigns and medical education initiatives.
- Coordinate internally to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain operations.
Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and strategic actions.
Education
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Prior experience in oncology segment preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
