Position Overview -
As a Key Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and
shape the future of an emerging technology. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for
managing and growing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction,
and driving revenue growth through renewals and upselling opportunities. The role requires a
proactive approach to account management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to
build long-term client partnerships
Key Responsibilities
● Drive timely renewals and ensure retention of key clients.
● Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across client
organizations.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless post-sales
experience.
● Monitor product usage, customer engagement, and overall account health to proactively
identify risks.
● Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely
resolution.
● Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer
experience.
● Develop account plans and strategies to drive growth and prevent churn.
Qualifications
● The candidate must have prior experience in the fintech domain, specifically in solutions
related to Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), voice bots, and
voice agents. Minimum 2+ years of enterprise sales experience in a SaaS-based product
company.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
● Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, SaaS industry, with the ability to
articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
● Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Ability to travel as needed.
