Looking for a dynamic, confident, and client-focused professional to join a growing team in the fragrance product based industry to handle OEM, Corporate Gifting, Institutional Wellness Collaboration, and Spa Centres segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing OEM, corporate gifting, wellness, and institutional clients
• Handle current business accounts smoothly and professionally
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive client outreach
• Convert leads into long-term business partnerships and revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for seamless execution and timely delivery
• Manage client communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures effectively
• Build strong collaborations with wellness institutions, spa centres, and corporate partners
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Gifting / OEM Sales / Key Account Management / Institutional Sales
• Prior experience in corporate gifting, wellness collaborations, or related industries is preferred
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and business development
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong client-facing, networking, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain long-term partnerships
