Role Description
The Key Account Manager - Integrated Facility Management will oversee and manage client relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai requires strategic business planning, analyzing account performance, and developing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role involves collaborating across internal teams, managing customer feedback, maintaining strong customer relations, and driving business growth through effective account management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% contract compliance, zero KPI failures, and enhance contractual gross margins.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop strong, supportive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strategic FM: Develop, implement, and review Facilities Management solutions to add value and replicate best practices.
• Team Leadership: Manage direct reports, ensure technical/statutory compliance, and oversee the CAFM system.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 10-15 years in facilities management, commercial operations, and project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or equivalent (MBA/Master’s preferred).
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of contract governance, risk assessment, P&L management, and strong business acumen.
• Competencies: Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
