Key responsibilities
- Support Business Head to develop key account plan.
- Prepare sustainability & future strategy plan wrt battery electric vehicle.
- Develop relations at all levels at Key account.
- Responsible for overall sales and business development in the assigned region.
- Develop relationship with IPP, consultants and contractor.
- Review short term and long-term strategies of the team for achieving the target in the assigned regions.
- Ensure adherence to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies.
- Review parts sales and guide team to scale up parts business especially U&M kits.
- Ensure sales of spare parts and components for product lines, with a focus on service products, its offerings and achieving targets.
- Support team on parts sales growth strategy with a forward/future demand.
- Drive discussion with global team on support required wrt BEV and sales.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business, operations and processes.
- Review gap analysis on existing customer fleets to identify sales opportunities and monitor/record changes in customer’s existing fleet.
- Ensure adherence of different concepts of parts business growth with Normet global philosophy of parts & services.
- Developing alternate sources of generating parts revenue by introducing new offerings like, Equipment Rebuilds, U&M Offerings, R Components, PM Kits etc.
- Create customer value propositions (that include TCO, application and technical knowledge) to proactively create opportunities for Normet.
Key Requirements
- Mining/Mechanical/Electrical Degree – Preferred.
- Minimum 10 -15 years of Mining and Construction Equipment Sales &Service experience is preferable.
- Should have Technical Knowledge of Mining & Construction equipment and parts. Knowledge of battery electric vehicle is preferred.
- Strong analytical/data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned area/territory as required.
- Strong safety culture.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- Strong technical knowledge about UG mining/tunnelling machinery.
- Good financial acumen – interpreting financial documents and results.
- Strong customer service and satisfaction focus.
- High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity.
