Position Overview:
We are hiring for the following roles at respective locations for the HoReCA Channel for one of our renowned client into Beverage Industry.
- Business Development Executive: Chennai, Bangalore, Agra, Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, and Lonavala.
- Business Development Manager: Chennai, Goa, Lucknow, Varanasi, Indore, and Delhi.
- Key Account Manager: Mumbai
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2 - 8 years in Institutional Sales, or HoReCa management within the FMCG, beverage, or hospitality sectors.
Skills:
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of managing large accounts.
- Leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring or managing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales management tools.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
