Role & Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within the E-commerce sector to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow existing accounts and onboard new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and sustain long-term relationships.
- Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders on account performance and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the E-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and digital sales channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to India for onsite work.
- Preferred
- Experience with B2B sales and relationship management.
- Knowledge of Indian E-commerce market trends and customer behaviors.
