Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and present strategic account plans and sales reports to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager in the e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and customer needs
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
