Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Job Purpose
To drive growth across designated Key Accounts offerings as the most dependable, technically advanced, and competitive solutions in the market. The role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, increasing share of wallet, and driving revenue growth through value-added services and long-term customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase business share from assigned segments and geographies.
- Design and drive engagement programs for strategic accounts by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Create marquee projects and develop compelling customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials.
- Manage sales funnel forecasting and ensure timely project delivery aligned with customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and minimize finished goods inventory buildup.
- Map industry segments and sub-segments to identify opportunities, strengthen market reach, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Drive adoption of signature lighting solutions to create a competitive advantage.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for High Potential Low Share (HPLS) segments across industries and indoor lighting applications.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to support business growth initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing
Experience Required
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales of electrical equipment.
- Candidates from Lighting, Switchgear, Cable, LT Panel, Electrical Appliances, or related industries will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Key Account Management role.
- Experience handling large accounts, complex projects, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

- Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
- Excellent strategic planning and account mapping abilities.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and project coordination skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
